Just like I wrote in the other two tips - this is another way of the body to respond to your "wrong" food. It's most likely unhealthy food that you are eating, but it can also be a food intolerance that you don't know about.
Some say cracked cuticles appear due to lack of magnesium and calcuim, while others say it is because of lack of moisture in the skin and that it can be fixed by rubbing in vitamin E oil or shea butter cream.
Rubbing in an oil to "fix" the problem should just be a temporarily solution. You should instead check up what you're eating. It might not be as healthy as you think, or not healthy enough.
