Healthy Tip: Sleeping Right

Training yourself to sleep on your back is good for your skin; you will not get wrinkled from impressions left by your pillow. Also, even the cleanest sheets are not as clean as your skin should be. This training will also go a long way toward preventing neck problems; for best results, place a pillow under your knees for correct orthopedic posture.
